YEAR ROUND ACTIVITIES IN KIMBERLEY AND SURROUNDING AREA:

1. On-Hill Activities: Family Fun Park, Alpine slide, bumper cars, go-karts, mini golf, mountain biking, chair lift rides, tennis, racquetball, squash, skiing, snowboarding.

2. Golf: (5 Local golf courses within 30 minutes, and many others within a 60 minute drive)

3. Hiking and Sight-Seeing: Hike one of the many trails in the area or take the chairlift up the Mountain. For those of you that enjoy a challenge, bring your mountain bike up the hill with you. Once you're on top, enjoy the beautiful view of the Rockies and then choose your way down, hike or mountain bike.

4. Fishing: Your choice of many of the rivers, streams and lakes in the area.

10,000 people flood into Kimberley for the annual International Accordion Championship which is always in the 2nd week in July.

Many of the contestants come from around the world and will stop in the Platzl shopping area and play free tunes throughout the festival week.
