Hey kids a bedroom Loft !
The loft has a double bed for the adventurous lofters.
The area is accessible from the 3rd floor landing via
the cat-walk and overlooks the livingroom.
Kids can watch T.V. in the living room from this vantage
point! The bedroom loft is next to a full bathroom with
tub and sauna.

This end of the living room has a double size hide-a-bed.
The bedding is stored in the chest / coffee table in front
of the sofa.
There are over 200 paperback novels in the bookcase
for your reading pleasure.

This main livingroom has this panoramic
view of the Rockies from the window facing south /
east.
This
chalet style unit allows for lots of privacy on 3 separate
levels.

This large master bedroom has a queen
size bed and adjoining ensuite with shower.
There is a ladies powder area in the en-suite, with
an extra clothing storage area.
This room is on the lower level and is near the bunkbed
room.
This bedroom is equipped with CD player Am/Fm radio
and alarm clock and 20 inch T.V.

Two separate upper level bedrooms.
Both have access to bathroom/tub and Sauna on this level.
Windows offer veiws of the ski hill runs.
One bedroom has an exterior door which steps onto an
upper 12 x 8 foot patio deck which
faces the ski hill. Private deck is a quiet place to
enjoy your morning coffee and overlooks the lower 16x20'
deck, back yard and "Bocce Pit" . Each of
these bedrooms has a hand made log bed. The deck has
table and chairs and a roll out awning.

A lower level bedroom is a great place for
kids, but is also suitable for adults. The super single(
6' 4") bunk beds have real mattresses (
not foam ) This room is near the master bedroom.
This room has a 4 drawer dresser, night stand and an
alarm clock. Window has view of the Rocky Mtns.

The full sized dining room area faces
the ski hill and overlooks the deck, patio area and hot
tub area. The table is set up for 5, but opens to seat
8 guests after a sports filled day.
This main floor accesses the outdoor deck for ease
of bar-b-que cooking.
The dining table extends to seat (8) guests. The deck
has a picnic table and umbrella to seat (8) more.

The back yard deck area offers a view of the ski hill.
There are lawn chairs, patio furniture and a full sized
bar-b-que. The hot tub is also located in this area and
holds up to 8 people.
Rear (main floor) parking area allows for guests to
easily unload luggage and supplies.
A "Bocce Ball" and "Horseshoe"
Pit is located in the back yard for summer time fun.
Enter the annual "Bocce" Ball " tournament
at the Kimberley July Festival - 3rd week in July.

The upper bathroom also has an in-suite
Sauna that is large enough for 4 guests.
Relax and sweat it out here after a day of skiing,
golfing or hiking.

Enjoy the gas fireplace in the
family room. This room also features a queen
size hide-a -bed and is adjacent to the diningroom. This
area faces the ski hill and it overlooks the deck and
hot tub on the main level.
All the bedding, pillows and blankets are found in
the chest located in front of the sofa.

There are two full bathrooms !
The downstairs master bedroom ensuite has a
shower stall, extra clothing storage area and a ladies
powder room.
The upstairs bathroom on the upper level has
a full sized bath tub / shower. Both bathrooms were

This livingroom has an entertainment
centre with a 50 inch. T.V. with Satellite
system. It also has a DVD / CD player. We stock a supply
of board games and cards.
The ber-ber carpet and hardwood laminate flooring adds
a warm appearance to the unit.

Our feature unit offers a full sized kitchen,
with large full-size fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
There are enough place settings of dishes and cutlery
for 16 people. Pots and pans, crock pot, roaster, oven
baking pans, and a 40 oz.blender are included in the
kitchen.
A coffee maker and complimentary coffee will be available
for your arrival day.

After a day on the slopes, sisters, Carrie & Kori
from Alberta take advantage of the private
outdoor hot tub. |

The door lock is a punch-combo keypad
for easy access.
The no-key system is convenient for all guests.
The front door locks easily with a twist of the dead-bolt
latch, from either side of the door.
